1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern purchases made from BRASSERIE DALFOSSO. They apply together with the product page, the checkout summary and any delivery information shown before an order is submitted. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that you accept the terms presented at checkout.

2. Products and availability

Product pages describe the main characteristics, available options and price of each item. Images help present the product but written dimensions, compatibility and variant information should be checked before ordering. Products and variants remain subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, BRASSERIE DALFOSSO will contact the customer and provide the available resolution rather than silently substituting another item.

3. Prices and charges

Product prices are displayed in the currency selected on the Storefront. The final amount shown before payment may include applicable taxes, shipping charges or other clearly identified costs. Catalog prices may change, but an accepted order uses the amount confirmed during checkout. No additional amount should be charged without the customer's agreement.

4. Orders

Customers can review products, variants, quantities, delivery details and the final amount before submitting an order. An order is not complete merely because a cart was created or a payment page was opened. BRASSERIE DALFOSSO may contact the customer to correct incomplete information, resolve availability problems or address suspected misuse before accepting or fulfilling an order.

5. Payment

Payment is processed by the payment provider selected for the transaction. Card or account credentials are submitted through the secure payment flow and are not stored in the Storefront catalog. A failed, abandoned, reversed or unconfirmed payment does not confirm an order. Additional authentication may be requested by the payment provider.

6. Delivery

Available destinations, delivery methods, charges and any estimates are presented where supported before payment. Estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, address issues or events outside BRASSERIE DALFOSSO's reasonable control. The customer is responsible for providing an accurate and accessible delivery address.

7. Changes and cancellations

Contact BRASSERIE DALFOSSO as soon as possible to request an address correction, order change or cancellation. A change cannot be guaranteed once processing or dispatch has begun. Any cancellation, cooling-off right or mandatory consumer protection that applies remains subject to the customer's location and applicable law.

8. Returns and refunds

Return eligibility, time limits, required item condition, exclusions, return instructions and responsibility for shipping costs must be confirmed in the Refund Policy and any information supplied with the order. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method unless another lawful method is agreed. Processing times can also depend on the payment provider.

9. Product problems and legal rights

Contact BRASSERIE DALFOSSO promptly if an item arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete or materially different from its description. Include the order reference and useful evidence so the issue can be reviewed. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded in the customer's jurisdiction.

10. Support and policy updates

Questions, complaints and policy requests can be sent to BRASSERIE DALFOSSO. BRASSERIE DALFOSSO may update these terms for future orders when its services, providers or legal obligations change. The version made available for an accepted order continues to govern that order. Review and adapt this starter policy to your business identity, operating country and applicable law before publishing.
